Odd sensation, pregnancy worries.

I've had sex maybe 4 times, each time with a condom. Obviously, I know there is a slight risk involved in just one form of contraceptive, but the condom has never broke or leaked (to my knowledge).

I honestly don't feel like I'm pregnant, but I've been having some minor abdominal discomfort, and I know that cramping can be a sign of pregnancy. But that's the only symptom I have, meaning no headaches, breast tenderness, nausea, etc. etc.

The reason why I'm doubting it's pregnancy is because they don't feel like menstrual cramps. They appear all over my stomach (lower and upper) and I get most of my discomfort (and a lot of gurgling and movement) in my upper stomach as well (around my solar plexus, if you can call it that). I have also had some foul-smelling gas. I should be getting my period next week (28 day cycle, regular), but I'm extremely paranoid and would appreciate some help and insight.

Well, I think I started my period this morning. Sometime within the next 2 days I was expecting it (if I am as regular as I usually am). Unless it's implantation bleeding, but from what I've read about it, it doesn't seem like that's what it is. So I guess we'll wait and see. Hopefully this isn't some false relief. =)

sounds like it's just bad gas....if your period doesn't come you can take a home pregnancy test, but I would just wait and see..if you're very worried, go to the doctor, they can take a blood test. You are right, condoms are not 100% effective even when used right, but it doesn't sound like pregnancy to me. Go to the doctor when in doubt, but I think you've just got very bad gas or perhaps some form of Irritable Bowel Syndrome perhaps. Good luck ...keep me posted.
