Ok I know I asked this already but...

Ok so since I called my Dr's office yesterday and they said my heart racing was normal....but how high is to high?  I took my blood pressure on my FIL's machine last night and it gives you're pulse too and the highest point it was 140 and everyone else in the house the highest theirs was my BIL and his was 88....I feel like it's making it hard to breath

Mine was at 120 during my last doctor's visit... nurse said it was good.  I read somewhere that aside from your body working extra hard, your body is also now pumping MORE blood (a lot more blood is now going to your uterus) so your heart is actually working harder for you and your babies.  Not to say I wouldn't be nervous too, but it seems like you should be ok as long as your doctor seems content.  I'm (almost) at 15 weeks with only one baby and I can actually feel my heart beating extra hard sometimes (and skipping... but it does that anyway)... this can actually make you have a shortness of breathe (or a feeling that you aren't breathing normally).  Congrats on the boy and girl by the way.. that's so great.

Just try to take it easy. It does go up if you are worried or stressed about stuff. 2 weeks ago mine was 156/95 before I had an ultrasound done. I was nervous. They said they would re-check after the ultrasound and it went way down because I was no longer worried. Wednesday I had a dr visit and my pulse was up as well. It was 113, but it was not a cause for alarm, its normal during pregnancy for your pulse to go up and down as well from your heart doing a lot of work.

i just would like to point out one thing and that is dont get stressed out by it for no reason and dont monitor very often ... as in every few hours or so.... each time u monitor or check ur pressure  it will show different and hearth beat as well.... theres nothing wrong with that  but i just wanted to let you know.... if u test  2 times in an hour u may get totaly different numbers... which is nothing to be stressed about. its just how our body works .. good luck and relax

I agree with the previous posters as well.  Your heart has to work twice as hard to pump the needed blood throughout your body and to your babies.  However, continue to monitor it and follow up with your doctor about it.

take plenty of rest, if you get worried contact your midwife and have a chat and see what she suggests
