Orgasam or not to orgasam when trying to concieve?

Hi there, i know this is an arkward question, but after my partner has ejeculated in me does it increase my chances of getting pregnant if i orgasam after or is it best to before he does or best too not at all?

Hubby and I rarely have sex without orgasming!!  lol  Like louie said, it makes the experience a lot more fun and enjoyable, not an "OK, time to make a baby" job.  Usually, when people stress over trying and trying and trying to get pregnant, they don't.  But the second they say "Screw it, let's stop trying" they find themselves with a bun in the oven.  =D  So even if orgasms didn't give sperm a little helping hand, I'd say do it anyway ...it's fun and feels good!!  =D

i think there is a huge difference between a woman who wants a child and a woman who gets rape and has a child. lissyloo is obviously looking for tips to get pregnant and yes orgasming will help things along, also helps it not feel like a chore, you must have fun with it! women around the world get pregnant every day and they may not orgasm but they aren't making a conscious effort to do so. it simply increases your chances and that is what lissyloo wants. lets not scare her by mentioning rape on a forum for pregnancy.
people like to hear positive things about pregnancy when that is what they want. if you're having a hard time conceiving or want to give it that extra push orgasms are a good push in the right direction, if you know what i mean.
lissyloo, have fun and enjoy! dont hold back, show your passion for your lover and your hopeful new baby by letting loose. i'm sure your lover will enjoy it also.

I really don't think a woman/girl having an orgasm helps at all. How would you explain a rape victim getting pregnant?

Discovery Health has a show about it.... it's a few years old, but it says Orgasm is great for baby making because as the other ppl on here said that it causes your cervix to dip into the pooled sperm.

yea i find the working out when my cycle is with those charts really confusing and hard so i thought my partner and i could just have sex every day or every 2 or 3 days this month and hope for the best?

Orgasm.  The orgasmic contractions actually cause the uterus to dip down into the crevice where sperm usually pools.

My only tip would be to make sure you know when you're ovulating.  Don't just assume it's on Day 14 because everyone is different.

Orgasming afterward has an even better chance of moving his sperm up the canal. The muscle contractions just help 'em right along. So by all means get yours during and after... :)

i dont know about the timing, but you should orgasam as well.  The  muscle movements in your lady parts from orgasam help the sperm along from what i understand.
