Ouch!!!

I'm only ten weeks pregnant. But I feel like there's something up n my ribcage. Is it tha baby? Is that normal?  It's so uncomfortable.

Thanks. Maybe I should try sum tums. Lol. Doesn't  seem to hurt as bad when I lay down.

at 10 weeks your uterus is still tucked under you pelvic bone so that wouldnt be pushing up that high and it isnt the baby either........yet, lol! Could be pockets of gas. That can be painful!! Talk to your doctor at your next visit, I honestly dont really know what it could be but be sure to bring it up to your doctor. Best of luck!!

Oh btw it's a combination of gas and uterus enlarging. By 12 weeks u should be able to feel the top coming outof ur pelvis. Till then, just gas and bloat

I had the same thing happen to me when i was 14 weeks pregnant with my son. It felt like something kicking my rib cage on my right side....it was my galbladder and it hurt pretty bad ..freaked me out a little bit....

I'm 8 weeks and a bigger girl. I feellike my stomach is pushed into my throat lol and my intestines are In my ribs lol. I do notice sitting takes it away but when standing, it's over ugh worst part so far good luck Hun.

No it's not the baby. At 10 weeks the baby is still very tiny. (it's only 1.5 inches long) it could just be the uterus pushing on other organs which makes it uncomfortable. That or it could be air bubbles. I got those frequently, and they hurt really bad at times.
