Out of date cookie...

So just couple of minutes ago I opened a pack of Maryland double chocolate cookies and I didn't look at the 'eat by date'. I had two bites and then remembered to go check the 'eat by date' unfortunately it ended on the 14 of this month, it's been 6 days... I stopped eating straight way but I'm afraid that the half of a cookie that I had will harm me or the baby in some way :/ does any one know if it's ok?

You'll be fine the baby isn't typicly affected by anything unless it has a strange allergy to something. Even then your baby barely recieves a trace of what you in jest at the worst you may get an upset stomach. And a typical experation date is actually okay until 2weeks after stated date except like milk and refrigerated items those should usually be eaten within a week of opening or expiration
