Ovarian cysts

Hi, I am a 24 year old women. I have had one abortion and just found out that I am pregnant again. I am looking at getting another abortion. I just went and got an ultra sound and found out that I have ovarian cysts. Will I still be able to get an abortion? I really did not want to get surgery, I wanted to take some medications for the abortion.

You do not have to have surgery for ovarian cysts. They can be painful, mine usually hurts most when I'm ovulating. Ibuprofen helps, as well as a heating pad.
