Ovulation

So I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured my right Fallopian tube at 6 1/2 weeks and had to have emergency surgery to remove the tube and drain the blood from my stomach.. That was two and a half weeks ago and I'm trying to find things about ovulation and if your ovaries alternate every month or not. I've read they do, they don't, your good tube can pick up the egg from the other ovary and idk what to believe. I'm anxious to start trying again after my next cycle but I'm worried that I won't ovulate from my left side and won't be able to get pregnant

I wouldnt worry about that. The same exact thing happened to me in 2009 but it was my left tube that had to be removed. I also had concerns that I wouldnt be able to get pregnant again. Well that theory is out the window because I got pregnant about 6 months after that and now I am about to have another one this month. I am due in 27 days. One will do u well, thats why God gave us two.
