Ovulation test positive after ovulation days

Hi.
I had a chemical pregnancy in August 09 and we started trying again in dec 09. after waiting for three months and not getting any positive luck, we tried the ovulation predictor kit. We hd sex bfore, on the and after ovulation(in short we tried hard :P). i tried checking OPK a week later,out of curiosity, and still it was showing +ive rather the test line was very dark. almost red. I check again yesterday that is 3 days bfor my periods and it is still positive. ive read on internet some ppl say tht it may happen if u r pregnant. May b im being over ambitious. but if anyone had any such experience pls write.
and yes i have no PCOS symptoms as well.

Hi i took the clear blue preg test which hs shown positive as well. but now my concern is that i am spotting on and off for last 8 days. its either light pibk or brown spotting most of the time i notice it when i wipe but some times it comes out like a thick mucous. my last pregnancy also ended in the same way though then i spotted for two days followed by heavy periods for 10 days. i ve my scan next thursday. what should i do in btw? am i miscarrying again?

Ok I just looked at your tests and they look positive to me... not even iffy. i would definitely say call your doctor and explain to them what is happening and tell them about your positive! Hopefully they can get you into check your hcg levels and see if they are rising normally =) At least that could help them rule out a miscarriage. CONGRATS!

Hi i took the first morning urine test home preg tets even tday the test line is  very very light. i am posting some pics in my profile pls see and let me knw if i am preg. and also im so worried as the last time i started very light spotting which turned into bleeding and m/c.

Well spotting in early pregnancy can be normal. I would say if you got a faint positive than it is still a positive =) Congrats =) I would say make an appointment with your doctor ASAP and explain what is happening. Hopefully they can get you in to check your hcg levels and see if they are progressing normally =)

Hi ive taken a preg test tday and it hs shown a faint positive line. i did the test in the middle of the day. what does tht mean?? and i also wipe and it comes very very light pink. i hope im not hving another chemical pregnancy :( pls help

Well there is the possibility that the opk is showing positive is because you are pregnant... but this is not true with all pregnancies. I would definitely say wait until you period is due and then take a test =) I hope that you get a positive!!! Keep us updated!
