PLEASE HELP ASAP

I know im in the wrong area fo rthis type of question but im trying to get answers quick so I just came to the first one I came to, My 2 yr old son has been up since about 6 am and he has been playin like he always does, he has had his regular juice nothing diffrent has happened today. He has no fever, he is wild and happy as always! But all of a sudden a rash popped up on his chest and on his shoulder and in about a 45 min time spand it popped up under his armand on his back. What could tis be? its red with lil bumps like all clustered. Like  million lil bumps in a red circle, in patches in diffrent spots on his body! Please help should I be concerned of something serious?

it sounds like chicken pox is there white in the middle of the spots?

wow er huh?  id try calling your sons doctor.  it could be something as simple as the change in the weather.  when i had the chicken pox i would say i may have had a million little bumps as you say, but all over my body, not in little circles.  shouldnt your son have been vaccinated for measles?  you guys sure know how to scare the heck out of a mother...geez!

I would say its more a virus rash ... viral rashes are very common and my son gets them all the time .. spreads quick but doesnt really affect him at all ... still plays happy and his moods r great ... just every now and then he has a rash ...... still get medical opinion but i wouldnt freak out unless the rash is purple .

Hey it sounds like chicken pox to me because all of the places you listed is where they start out at the back under neck and arms. Look in his diaper or pull up which ever he wears and see if it around his penis or sac. chicken pox grow quickly in a warm moist environment. Hope you son is ok and best of luck to both of you.

thats what iwas thinking chciken pox or measles. dont scratch go to doc to get a skin test and to test for chicken pox or measles.

it could be chicken pox but if not its probly an alergic reaction but could you help me with my question please
