PLEASE HELP I NEED ANSWERS!!

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ANSWER MY QUESTIONS!! ON MONDAY, 11-05-07 I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT. I HAVE BEEN GOING FOR HCG LEVELS EVERY 48-72 HOURS. THESE ARE MY LEVELS:
11/05  HCG  39
11/07  HCG  105
11/08  HCG  55 (WENT TO HOSPITAL B/C I WAS BL;EEDING LIGHTLY)
11/09  HCG  104 (WENT BACK TO HOSPITAL B/C I WAS BLEEDING LIGHTLY AGAIN)
11/11  HCG  79
11/14  HCG  149

WHAT IS HAPPENING? I TALK EDTO MY DOC. ON 11-12 AND SHE SAID I WAS GOING TO OR ALREADY DID MISCARRY. BUT WHY ARE MY LEVELS GOING UP? I STILL HAVE ALL THE PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS. MY BREAST ARE BIG AS BALLONS, I HAVE MORNING SICKNESS! I GOT CHECK ON 11-08 FOR A TUBAL THE DOCS SAID NOTHING WAS SEEN! I'M VERY HIGH RISK AND SCARED AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. MY DOC JUST SAYS WE HAVE TO WAIT IT OUT THAT I DID OR WILL MISCARRY AND MY LEVELS MOST LIKELY WILL NOT GO BACK UP! THEY DID GO BACK UP! I'M SO SCARED AND CONFUSED AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON! PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP!

Its possible that you were pregnant with twins and you lost one and that could cause the bleeding... the drop in the levels or a rise again. Or it could be a miscarriage. Sometimes when you miscarry your levels will randomly drop and rise. That happened to me and I ended up having to get a D & C. What I suggest is just wait it out because everything could turn out okay. Maybe try getting a repeat ultrasound in a week or two.
