Every time I take my Prenatal vitamins I seem to gey very nauseated... what are some ways to stop it or calm NY stomach down?

Try different brands until you find one that doesn't make you as sick. I finally found one I could handle, but I have to take it right before bed so I can ignore the nausea that can come

Never stop taking them! Before bed and.with food.in your stomach

Yes I take them before bed and on a full stomach...They make me so sick.I'll ask my doctor about the Enfamil Brand and gummies also.Thanks everyone!

There's also these prenatals with the brand name "BellyBar" my step mom uses them cuss she's pregnant too.. They are chewables but their good . yu just take 1-2 a day .

I get nauseous no matter when i take them so i stopped. It's better to take them, but the baby does get their nutrients from you so it's your decision.

I take enfamil brand before bed with milk. Best I have tried, other brands made me sick. Gummies made me sick but if you take gummies take an iron supplement because gummies do not have iron.

They made me sick also so my doctor told me to start taking the gummy vitamins and they don't make me sick at all!

Don't take ur prenatals on an empty stomach and try to take them before bed

Take them before bed with cold milk.. But yu don't really need them... Their more for yu than yur baby anyways.. Yur baby gets everything they need from yu.. I stopped taking mine at 12 weeks.. I'm now 29weeks&4days with a healthy baby.
