Pain in side
Im 31weeks pregnant and have a stitch like pain in my right side that is painful, started last night and happened twice again today. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?
Will try some light exercises, and get my ball back out. It comes and goes, feels like a pulled muscle but isnt there all the time. Got a scan on thursday so will mention to my consultant.

Has similar pain with my last 2 pregnancy. Sometimes the baby can pinch a nerve. Try doing light stretching or using a birthing ball to encourage baby to move. Also drinking plenty of fluids in case it's a kidney thing (which according to the obs is only 1/1000 times usually the issue)
