I read comments on here all the time and ladies say they are having pains and cramps and everyone reassures it's just ligament pains. Well usually I see those comments for ladies in their first trimester.  I'm 29w 5d and have a sharp pain on the right side every time I move or try to sit up. Should I go to the E.R or is it normal?  There is no bleeding baby is moving fine. But I sleep kind of wild and woke up in a funny position this morning.

No one can say for certain what is causing your pain. Many people have similar pains and offer advise based on what happened with them. If you are worried and its an abnormal pain youve never felt before, call your doctor.
