Paternal test
Does the hospital do paternity test when the baby is born for parents that are dating but not married yet?
No. They just may ask if your married. In FL if the woman is married/divorce not final then legally only who she is married to can sign. Other than that anyone can. They never did it for any of my mom's kids or sisters kids or with my son.
I've not heard of this. But I'm from the states. Are there laws in your country that worry you?
I don't think so I live in GA and they haven't done one on mine I mean they may do it if you ask them but I'm not really sure just depends on where you live I guess I'm in GA
I've never heard of that. I'm not married and having baby #2 with my boyfriend. With my daughter I was with him for 1 year when she was born and never asked to do one. Now still with him and I'm due in October with a baby boy. Been with him for 5 and a half years. I'm in Ontario, Canada so it could be different here then to where you are. But as far as I know they don't
