Peeing While Sneezing ?

Ever since i got pregnant iv'e been sneezing and pee would come out at the same time. Why is that? It really annoying.

I peed myself while throwing up twice. My husband laughed and helped me change :) its normal but feels weird

My husband has called me "sneeze pee" since I was about 20 weeks. I'm now 35 weeks and it still happens.

Its because your muscles relax down there to allow for growth or the fact the muscles have to relax for birth... Forgot which one. I pee when I cough, sneeze, or throw up. I do kegel exercises regularly.

It started with my first and has never stopped so annoying thank god for panty liners for when I leave the house

That happened to me, or when I would cough id pee a little. I read to do kegals and it'll help it.
