Pelvic pain.

Hi I have a question. I've been having really bad pelvic pain. I feel like it's my pelvic bone it hurts to walk, turn from one side to another when I'm sleeping or laying down. I had this same problem with my first pregnancy n it never got better till i had my daughter. I'm only 3 1/2 months pregnant. So my question is has anyone expirienced this? N if so, is there any excsercise/stretching I could do to help ease the pain??

He also suggested staying off my feet as much as I could.  I also noticed that the pressure of the elastic of my underwear also caused the pain to flare up.  I try to wear underwear as little as possible at home and that seems to help a lot!

That's exactly what I do but it doesn't always help. Did the Dr recommend anything other than the pillow?

I had that problem.  I had to take it easy and lay down with a pillow between my legs.
