Period Problems and I need help!

I am about to be 19 years old.  I am three weeks late for my period, but I thought I started three days ago and it ended up being very little an ended later that day, so I believe it was spotting which I dont remember that ever happening to me.  I have not had sex since before my last period came and we always used condoms.  Since having sex though we do fool around and do everything but the full deal.  Is it possible to get pregnant that way? I have also not eaten gluten for a month now, but I feel fine.  What is wrong with me?

Thank you. He and I really are not "scared", but as more time passes the more we a psycing each other out with random things that only have a one in a million chance of happening. Like him having a little on his hand and such like that. We try to make a joke out of it, but its like the longer it goes the more we get worried. I have plans to go in the future. Thank you again for your help.

If you haven't had sex since before your last period, you're most likely not pregnant. If you had a regular, on time period after your last time having sex (with a condom) then it's very unlikely. If you've just changed to a gluten free diet, that can change your period, any differences in diet, exercise, stress, can delay your period, and you have to do the "full deal" to get pregnant. I wouldn't worry about it!, If you're still not getting a period within the next couple of weeks though I'd make an appointment to see your OB/GYN just incase there's an infection, or anything like that, good luck!
