Period one week early, could i be pregnant?

My period is one week early, could i be pregnant? My periods are always figured out to the exact day and im never off. My daily routines have not changed either. It seems like a normal period, cramps and all but not bleeding to heavy. It seems odd to jst start one week early to me when i've always been so regular.

It could be implantation bleeding. On a normal 28 day cycle for instance the period would start on day 1 and then ovulation would be day 14 which is the peak time to get pregnant. If pregnancy does not occure the next cycle would start on day 29 making the previous cycle 28 days. So if you had sex during your peak time of ovulation some women have implantaion bleeding which is about 7-10 days after the day of ovulation. Its possible its implatation which is normally a lot lighter than a reuglar period and can be accompanied by cramps. I never had implantation bleeding I just found out I was pregnant when I was due for my period and didnt get it so I took a test. You cant really tell yet if you are pregnant though. I would wait another week until your expected period should be and take a test then. Use first morning pee though as its the most concentrated!
