Period started 3 days late, still having hot flashes and heartburn all day long?

Well I started three days late. The strange thing is the bleeding has mostly been reddish brown and lighter than normal. I am also still having hot flashes, heartburn, and still irritable and tired. Does anyone have any thoughts?

No because I didn't think it was still possible. I may just try that. I have been having a really bad headache all day today too and extremely hungry all the time for salty things. Thanks
