Yeah never been. Well maybe once or twice or three times tops. But in scared cause I live out in a ranch! So there's like snakes and possums, and you know neighbors bigger dogs, etc. and the few times they have Gina outside they go wild and it's hard to catch them lol
Your dogs never been outside? :( you should definately bring them outside! Let them snif around and run and explore. Really gets there senses running and excited. Dogs arent met to never go outside no matter how small they are.
:( agh. Your right. My dogs have never been outside though. They have like once or twice when I put them in their car seats and they feel like it's a different universe and wanna wander off! But thanks for that! My brother is a dental assistant so latex gloves are handy at home already. I'll do this from now on.
The training is a must but just wear gloves when coming in contact with ****. The likely hood of the kitten having toxoplasmosis is slim if its never been outside. I have three dogs and two cats and cleaned the litter boxes throughout my whole pregnancy and I'm a vet tech and worked around tons of cats but aired on the side of caution. Buy latex.gloves at the drug store. There's also a test you can have done at the vet if there is super concern about it. And to get the dogs going outside....you have to start a steady routine. Take them out at certain times everyday. That will.establish a schedule for you and them. But you have to be consistent or it will never work.Nip it in the *** now before baby arrives or your gonna have your hands full.
I'll have to see about that programs at petsmart and avoiding cleaning feces.
You NEED to house train your pets. Until then someone else needs to clean up the poop.
If you have to clean up after them wear gloves and after wash your hands well and you should be just fine.
Cat poop has a distinct smell compared to dog like it just smells awful. I would j
Suggest really start training the kitty cuz once baby gets here u dont want them around any poop especially cat poop
So my dogs are okay, just beware of kitty's poo? The thing is... Unfortunately Kitty doesn't like the litter box. And they're not trained in a sense. They ALL have a habit of going into the shower in the exact same corner and all poops are scrambled in that corner. So idk who's poop belongs to whom.
There is a bacteria in cat poop that you would need to stay away from. If you can, have someone else clean the litter box or be sure to wear rubber gloves while cleaning the litter box. And make sure to wash your hands very well afterwards. I have 2 cats and the hubs cleans the box for me..
I have 3 cats and was told not to scoop the litter box. Theirs something in their fecal matter than can make baby very sick
Animals are fine just don't change the cat litter thats the main thing they don't want u around
