Phantom Pregnancy for my sister?

Okay, My sister was not able to make her scheduled appointment and has to wait another week for a opening. She's been feeling kicks and from what she's describing, they sound exactly like the feelings i get. Can you feel a baby kick during a phantom pregnancy? I know women have claimed to fell movement but what about actual kicking? She felt the sensation then pressed in a little on her belly and could feel it slightly. It even kicked more when she pressed in!!!

I've had gas where I could feel it from the outside of my belly and I knew it wasn't pregnancy because I had just given birth.

I have a friend who since her first pregnancy always felt phantom kicks that she said felt exactly like a baby kicking even when she knew for sure that she wasn't pregnant. It could be many things for her like maybe wanting to be feeling kicks or like other posters said just gas.
