Pinching feeling in the belly

Hello ladies, I need your help. Yesterday I started having this weird pinching pain in the right side of my belly. So I decide to go walk in my walk the pinching feeling felt now more strong and my stomach started getting hard. In an hour I got like three of those pinches and tighen in belly. Today in the morning I called my dr. and she said it sounded like contractions. But now im having them back again. I have no bleeding though, and baby seems to be fine I still feel him move. Im 21w5d, I been keeping track and I get two pinching pains every ten minutes. Should I go to the hospital? Im getting really worried.

When in doubt call your Dr. And if you're still concerned i would go into the ER I went into preterm labor with my daughter at thirty weeks and its because I waited when I worried... Goodluck!
