Pinching sensations in tummy

Hi gals,  Just wondered if anyone else having these sensations or had them..  Today I am 11wks 3 dys preg and since this morning I have had what feels like small nips on the inside of my tummy, in the centre between my belly button and my groin. The pinching sensation is not sore or uncomfortable but it keeps pinging every 5 secs or so lasting for ten minutes then it goes away for while and then comes back again.  Is this normal?  There are no other tummy pains and no bleeding...  Any help much appreciated.. I am almost out of the 'danger' zone and slightly anxious at any new sensations becasue of m/c last time.  Do you think this pinching is normal and what is causing it?
Many thanks...

Ps.  Pic attached is my tum at 11 wks- getting bigger all the time!

Thank you both so much for replies and reassurance that it is normal.  I really am trying not to stress but hard when so close to end of 1st trimester... I know that pains on either side of uterus are most likely round ligament pains but wasn't sure about the middle tum. So that has put my mind at rest. x

Probably just your uterus stretching to accomodate the little one! Quite normal.

You'll have to be extra careful when standing up from sitting or lying down, as well as when you turn over in bed at night because this can trigger those pains to be pretty intense. Just get up slowly and roll over slowly when you're in bed. Nothing you can do to prevent them, but you can prevent some of the more intense ones if you move slowly in those instances.

Sounds like you are getting some ligament stretching pinches. I experienced those around 12 weeks and am currently 23 weeks.
