Pinkish/brown discharge

I'm 38+3 and have been having cramping for about 2 weeks and stomach tightening for a little more than a day. I woke up about an hour ago with cramping and just went to the bathroom and no noticed pinkish brown discharge. I know the mucus plug could be this color but it wasn't stringy or a lot. Could it still be the mucus plug or should I call my OB to see?

I'm 38+5 I've been getting same symptoms as you. It's just body preparing it self for labour. At least our body is preparing it self just walk a lot not long left good luck

I would just call and check with your Ob. Better safe than sorry because leaking fluid for any long period of time can be harmful to the baby. It's Probley just your body getting prepared to give birth, but I would check just up have a sound mind. Good luck!
