Please Help!!!!!

I just found out a am pregnant, I thought I was 5w4d on Wed when I went for my ultrasound, they saw the ges sac and probably the yolk sac, but not sure, they said that I am definitely under 5w.  I went for HCG the same day and my levels came back at 2200.  Is this a good number?  Could my timings just be off?? I have had 2 m/c (1chemical and 1 blighted ovum) in the past and I am terrified to have another, I go for my secong HCG test today and another u/s on Monday.  I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with a positive outcome???  Please help....,Im a nervous wreck....

yea i had my hcg levels checked

1/27 - 4973
1/31 - 15420 - about 5 weeks

i should be almost 7 weeks at this time based on my LMP so we will see what tomorow brings

i will post tomorrow as soon as i get back what happens...im nervous but staying hopeful...i havent had any spotting or cramping since my scare (1/31) so hopefully this is a good sign

did you have transvaginal? or abdominal?  today all they were able to see on abdominal was the ges sac and yolk sac, on the transvaginal they saw more... I am over 5 weeks probably 5 1/2 but by my LPM I should be 6w2d, I ovulated late..
I was in the exact same boat as you...so nervous, but Im sure everything will be allright ...Its SO amazing the difference in one week!!! Congrats to you

i go in for my next u/s tomorrow...im just worried because last time they only saw a sac...said it was too early to see anything else ( i was just over 5 weeks at the time...i think 5wk1day)...so tomorow i should be over 6 weeks now and hopefully will get to see the little flicker and a lot of growth....im so nervous but def ready to meet my little tiny

at the time of that test I was just 5 weeks...I m 5w 4d.....(I was off almost an entire week, from my original dates) , Im going for another ultrasound next Tuesday, she said that at that time they'll be able to give an acurate due date...within 3 days....based on the size of the baby.  hopefully at that time I'll be able to hear the heartbeat...I cant wait!

my doctor's office just called, my HCG level on friday were 4940...things are looking up!!!

Well I went for my 2nd ultrasound this morn this time using the abdominal ultrasound they saw the ges sac and yolk sac....using the trasvaginal they saw the fetal pole and a "flicker" she said that that was probably the heartbeat but she couldnt hear it yet, as my heartbeat was louder.....she said that it was still quite early, probably just over 5 weeks, mabye 5 1/2.  she said that so far this is a viable pregnancy.  Im  still al little concerned about this "flicker"  has anyone had an experience like this.  I t has only been 5 days since my last ultrasound so I supose  this is great news and I should be excited....But Im still so nervous....

sorry i meant to say because a vaginal ultrasound is supposed to show more than an abdominal one

depending on your ovulation this can throw things way off and sometimes going by your lmp isn't accurate. if i were to go by mine i would be 23 weeks instead of 24. i ovulated late. but she probably thinks your under 5 weeks because a vaginal ultrasound is too early. but your numbers sound great! i was nervous at first too all i saw was a gestational sac at 5 weeks but dont worry i think everything sounds okay!!

my Lmp  was Dec 26/09 I started clomiphene Dec 30/09.  My periods are just so irregular...about 6 weeks apart....if all goes well on Monday they'll be able to give me an acurate due date

Hmm... when was your last period? I have a feeling we'll be due around the same time.

They did do a transvaginal ultrasound and definitely saw the ges sac, she showed me a circle inside the ges sac and said that it was probably the yolk sac but she wasnt sure because I am so early, she said definitely just under 5 weeks at that time. She said that on Monday we should be able to see some development...so Im keeping my fingers crossed.

Did they say how far along they thought you were? My first pregnancy I went to the ER at 5w3d (hcg at 11000) and all they saw was a ges sac. No yolk sac yet. Didn't even see the yolk sac until 5w6d (hcg at 32000) and then the heartbeat at 6w1d. I would say don't worry. I was under the impression that you cant see anything on an ultrasound before 5 weeks because its too small....
