Please Help
Hi Everyone I just found out last night by hpt and this morning by hpt that im pregnant, my problem is my dr gave me a mmr shot december 6 without either of us knowing i was pregnant. What possible effects could this have on the baby? Hopefully someone can help me. Thank you

It is recommend that one waits 28 days after receiving the vaccine before becomming pregnant. Only, in rare instances will a person develop the illness after receving the vaccine. No babies have been born with Congenitial Rubella Synfrome and there have not been any increases in the rate of bith defects after mothers receiving the vaccine during pregnancy. You and your baby should be fine. May you receive God's blessings during your pregnancy. If you are interested you may want to look into Hypnobirting.
