i am 37 weeks and 4cm and 70% thined out, has anyone ever tryed evening primrose oil vaginally? has it worked? if so how long till yur water broke?
Yes! Just don't have sex after you put pill in. The would be a mess haha you want to insert it right before you go to sleep
Still try it! Take one orally in the morning and then one vaginally at night right before bed. Make sure to wear a pad (gets messy) and put it up as far as possible. Also, sex (semen softens cervix and orgasms create natural contractions)
Or only softens your cervix. It doesn't cause water to break. Your best bet is to walk, have sex.. stuff like that. You could go into labor overnight or go overdue. My sister in law was the same as you since week 36. She went a well overdue
