Please.. anyone?

Hi. this past few days, my girlfriend tested a positive sign in the pregnancy test. But we don't want the child yet, because it might be too fast for us to get this baby. And we decided to take pills, some of our friends recommended us a medicine call "yasmin". Is this effective? it must take before pregnant or is still possible for now? ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE? SOME ADVICES?! URGENT ! URGENT

i agree with the ladies above the only way to abort a baby is by seeking medical help.  You both should have thought about the consequences of falling pregnant before having unprotected sex, maybe next time you will both use protection to stop any unwanted pregnancies or STD's.  I hope your GF makes the right decision

See a doctor, do not do things your friends recommend.  As the above poster says, you might just do horrible damage and not in fact do what you intend.

You really need to speak with a dr regarding this  -you should not take anything that was not prescribed to you/her. Terminating a pregnancy needs to be overseen by a medical professional as if it is not done properly there could be severe complications.  As far as I know Yazmin is a birth control pill - it is effective not 100% in PREVENTING pregnancy - not after the fact. It is a termination or abortion once you have an embryo implanted and a test confirms a pregnancy.  Taking something not specifically for what you are intending could not terminate the pregnancy just cause the fetus to be deformed.  Seek PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE.
