Please help! Having fainting spell? Throwing up, hot flashes?

This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. But today was word and scared me. Today I was cooking and my eyesight went blurry all the sudden and I started getting light headed. I tried to walk to sit down and I passed out. I could hear my husband saying something to me but as soon as I got back up I got hot flashes and started throwing up.
Has this happened to anyone? What is it? I didn't have these happen with my daughter.
This is my 2nd pregnancy I'm 12-13weeks.

I'm 19 weeks also and last night was like this. I was laying in bed and felt like the room was spinning. I got up to go pee and almost fell over. I woke my fiancé up and he called the emergent room and talked to a nurse. All she said was to stay hydrated & if it keeps up to call my doc.. I was so scared

This has been happening to me also. I'm 6 weeks with my first child and I'm terrified. The first time it happened was in the shower. Seems like it's getting more frequent.

It might be low blood pressure. I'm 37 weeks and I'm having the same problem. I checked my blood pressure to find it a little lower than normal which is common during pregnancy. I called my doctor and he said to make sure I'm drinking plenty of water and eating properly. When I start feeling faint a drink a glass of orange juice, and get something in my stomach. It also helps to prop your feet up for a little. You should always check with your doctor though.

Theyve been on different days... Like besides today my last one was maybe a week / week in a half ago.... But I didn't pass out. I just got really light headed and threw up...
But I'm definitely calling the drs office tomorrow.

I would go to the hospital especially if these are frequent at all. Might be deficient in something or migrainesomeone who knows. It's likely your objective would send you for tests for something like this
