My 14 year old daughter kept complaining about her stomach hurting her so I took her to the doctors yesterday after work and they said she fine it's the stomach flu now the stomach pain moving to lower right abdomen and I keep calling her doc and she said to bring her in 3 days after Christmas I really don't want my daughter hurting on Christmas if this pain continues. Her symptoms are fever, stomach ache, vomiting, dizziness, and pain shifting from stomach to lower right abdomen. What should I do? You may be able to tell if it's appendicitis. Have her push on the area that hurts in her lower right. If it hurts more. It SHOULDN'T BE appendicitis. Most of the time appendicitis will find relief with pressure and (sadly) extreme pain when pressure is released. Also, I WOULD ask for an ultrasound because that's how my first ovarian cyst rupture presented!

I wouldnt want to wait that long either... i would go to the ER just if anything to get a second opinion.... it is possible its the flu as this years flu causes bad cramping and stomach pains and is pretty rough on a person... but saying that it could be mistaken for the flu just for this reason... ya can never be too safe... good luck and i hope she feels better and gets to enjoy this years Christmas :)

Go to the ER now. It sounds like it could be appendicitis or another complication.

Is she pregnant? If not an ultrasound isn't really going to show anything.  A cat scan would probably be called for in this situation.
