Please tell me it's normal

Every night I constantly wake up every 20 to 30 minutes cause my arms are numb and it's aching that lasted for about a week now it's just my hands and it's very painful...has anyone ever had this experience before ? Could it just be my arthritis?

I sometimes get that even before pregnancy. Mostly thumbs. I find that keeping my arms below my heart helps.

It sounds like carpal tunnel to me. I have it and had it even before pregnancy. They make wrist braces that seem to help (mine were $15 each at Walmart). Also I've helps to relieve some of the pain. Try not to bend your wrists when you sleep... When mine really flares up I get it all the way to my elbows
