Possible Pregnancy after Tubal Ligation?

I had my tubes tied 4 years ago after the birth of my third child. I ovulated on October 4-6 (not exactly sure of the date). I then started what should have been my period on Sunday, Oct. 7th. It was just a couple of days early and was very unusual. It started out very light and was brown. On Wednesday it turned red but was still not as heavy. Thursday I spotted a little and then was done.

Now, since the 17th of October, I have been getting EXTREMELY nauseated, but only in the evenings. I have also been tired all of the time and peeing more.

My lower abdomen feels sort of "full" for lack of a better word.

I guess my question is if I did ovulate and get pregnant at the beginning of the month, could the bleeding have been from implantation rather than my period?

Thank you so much,
Ann Carter

If your tubes were just cut, then you have a better chance to get pregnant and your success rate to get them reversed is better as well. A lot of doctors now like to burn the tubes after they've been cut...this is to make it even more permanent.

hello i too had a tubal ligation 3years ago and strange things are happening to make me think i might could be prego but 3 hpt say neg. so i never knew what kind of surgery they did so i called today to find out the doctor called me back and said that they were just cut . what does that mean ?he did ask if i was wanting to get a reversal , he said i should be good to do so . but he said i should get a copy of my opp notes and over look them before i made an appt. he is faxing them to me.... back in my other posts i told everyone when i went into surgery 10/29/04 he asked me if i wanted them permenent . i of course dont remember what i told him because of the drugs. just a thought.
