Folic Acid alone or Prenatal Vitamins??
In preparation for getting pregnant, I am confused on what is best in terms of vitamin supplements. My doctors says to take a folic acid supplement so I have started to take 1 mg. per day. Some of my female friends tell me that I should be taking the prenantal vitamins already to prepare but I am not taking their word for it as maybe too much of a good thing isn't good. I try and eat a balanced diet although with my busy schedule it is sometimes difficult.
I want to give myself the best shot possible at having a successful pregnancy and would appreciate an educated professional's advice on the best choice.

Aw, so sorry to hear that :( Keep hope alive. Well at least you can enjoy your holiday. I will pray for you to have better luck next time. And you will. Today i am supposed to get my af, but nothing yet. took a hpt, BFN! My temp is still above normal, so we will see. I will probably wake up to a big surprise. I do feel slight pressure in my lower abdomen. Maybe my af is on its way. DARN! **BABY DUST TO ALL**
Hey guys,well she came the *****,i thought for one bit was implantation seeing as though 2 days early,even though never experienced it,but she now angry bad tummy,but im cool about it,hey ive waited this long,whats few more months,anyway i got my wedding next year,so gonna leave it in gods hands...

It's the 23rd and I couldn't wait to tell you ladies. I just got my ++++++++BFP++++++ and I am so relieved! I hope this is it for me, please pray that this one is healthy!! Sc1, when did your nausea start? Now I'm waiting for it! I never, ever thought this would be it. I had AF cramps ans still do from time to time.. forgot all about this! WIth the miscarriage in Sept I had nothing like this, I felt nothing!
