If you have preeclampsia does your BP go up and down or does it stay high?? I have literally all the signs now, except they haven't tested my urine yet. The doc said I might very well be getting it and only time can tell. Anyways
If anyone can answer the above question that would be great.

They do test my urine, but from what ppl have told me they need to do a 24hr urine test for it to be 100% accurate. They havent mentioned it yet, but i think they will with my new onset of nasty symptoms. :( Swelling in my hands(i can no longer take my ring off) and the ugly nausea that is driving me crazy.

Pretty sure it stays high but I very well could be wrong. I hope you aren't getting it already. Why haven't they tested your urine? My OB tests mine at every appointment.
