Pregancy question?

Hi,

I delivered a baby which suffered IUFD 3 months back. My husband and me had unprotected sex about 4 days back(8/26/2010).My husband did not ejaculate inside for sure. My periods are still very irregular after delivery.My last cycle was 17 days. I want to know if there is a chance of me being pregnant. I am tensed. We are still recovering from the loss of our first baby. We did not want to have another one so early. can I take an early pregnancy test? If I do get pregnant, what are the options???

Yes you can be pregnant.  You can test 14 days after unprotected sex.

First of all I am sorry for your loss.  I know all too well the pain of a stillbirth.  Even if your husband did not ejaculate inside you there is still a chance you could get pregnant from the precum that is secreted.  The best thing to do would be to wait until your next period is due...or wait two weeks from the time you had intercourse and take a HPT.  If you are pregnant it may be the blessing you need to help you heal.  If you ARE pregnant your options would be up to you and your husband, however I think at this point you shouldn't stress and just wait and see if your period shows up.
