Pregnancy and Depo Provera Shot

So I have been struggling completely and i dont know what to do anymore. I feel like ive literally lost my mind since its all i think about. I had intercourse back in march but the guy pulled out (i know the chance is there) well i was on the mirena for 2 yrs got off in december it was messing me up. but in march that happened i was on my period or just abt off but then i freaked because i started spotting a week in half later. then i got my period in april may and june and i have taken what seems a million tests since the end of march. i even had blood work done back in may and they were all negative. well i thought ok this is my mind messing with me but now i have been freaking out i am supposed to get my period in a week but just got the depo provera 2 days ago now i have been eating everything in sight, headaches, breast tenderness like never before but my main concern is me peeing every 30 min and i have wat seems a bulge i dont know if its the depo or if its a pregnancy and im wondering if i should go get a ultrasound to ease my mind. im relly fighting my demons and cannot stop crying daily. so what do you guys think? please help me!

I came on what I believe to be my period four days early it was very light in colour had slight to medium cramps. I was in two minds of going on the depo provera in the end I had the shot I believe it was the wrong decision to make. 1. I was/am very tired.   2. I urinate a lot.  3. I eat 4-5 bars of chocolate which I don't do even when I'm on my period.  4. I have a lot of dreams that seem real.  5. I just don't know what is wrong with me. Please help....

Just tell them you're concerned about pregnancy and need an ultrasound for your own peace of mind and reassurance. Some doctors will refuse for various reasons, but if you push or are insistant enough they should do it. It's their job to put your mind at peace. If they do refuse no matter what though, there are many clinics you could check with who could offer one. Good luck tomorrow. :)

ur right im going to the doc tomorrow so im hoping their not like annoyed with me lol and also like me asking for an ultrasound can i do that and their ok to do it? what would i say?

Bloating can cause a bulge. So can eating more, and so can stress. By now any test should show a clear positive. You could very well have created symptoms if it's something you worry about. An ultrasound would be the most accurate of anything. If it shows nothing in your uterus or tubes, you're not pregnant.

Thank you clysta. i have thought so myself that this could all be depo. my best friend says i have let my mind take over so much that my body is starting to get symptoms. but i think im going to describe an ultrasound to ease my mind finally. its just crazy within 2 days if getting the depo i have a buldge and usually have a flat stomach and like my boobs and most of all the crazy urination and white milky discharge. it just ***** that i have been doing this for almost 4 months now or just about 4 months, i think im also going to go get a at home test. would it show up by now? and if it didnt would that indicate a problem within me if i did turn up? also will the depo interferre with that?thank u all for your help!

It doesn't sound like you're pregnant. Every symptom you described is side effects of the depo, as well as pregnancy. But you've also had periods and negative blood work. When women get worried about something and fixated on a problem (which is what it sounds like has happened to you) they tend to notice even the smallest things their bodies do and increase it. It's like with a headache. While you're distracted you might not notice it as much, but if you think about it the pain is a lot worse. To ease your mind, request an ultrasound, but from what you've described it doesn't sound like anything is wrong.

No i am not a male i accidently did that haha. but yeah alot of people have told me that it could very well be the depo i have had mutiple tests done and even blood work all came back negative. and i have a period every month so im confused as to is it my period coming and im bloated and therefore have a gut like or if its the all the new hormones inside of me doing weird things or what. i mean the doctors everyone says i would get my period if i was pregnant. idont know anymore im so confused and just so irritated and tired of playing games back and forth. i mean would i show sooner because i have had a baby?

Looking at these symptoms is quite vague to diagnose your disease or what.. Yes, it could probably depo provera.. for it increase progesterone levels for pregnancy..

Breast tenderness coupled with headaches eating everything on sight (PICA) could a sign of pregnancy
