Pregnancy questions I need answers (:

Hi everyone, so I am 18 years old I just turned 18 and I got pregnant. I was just curious what is the chance of me having a missed miscarriage or just a normal miscarriage? I went to the obgyn on October 7th and I heard the heartbeat which was 155. I was 15 weeks and 2 days. Today is October 19th and I am now  16 almost 17 weeks and I found out if it's a boy or girl on Halloween which would make me 18 weeks then I am just wondering do you think the risk is high for me having a missed miscarriage between when i was 15 weeks and 16 though 17 weeks? im panicking about this not horribly but it still never leaves my mind. I am a first time single mommy and even though the pregnancy wasnt planned i couldn't imagine loosing him or her. Also when I stand up my stomach isnt hard and when I lay down it is, is that normal? and i also have never had any symptoms my entire pregnancy besides my asthma but thats it.so i tend to panic a lot. Also when do you feel your baby  move? I have ligament pain sometimes when i cough laying down im sure thats normal too right?  sorry for so many questions (:

Hey! Im there with you 18 yrs old with first baby bt your age dsnt affect your chances of miscarriage plus the time to worry to seriously about miscarriage is up to 11weeks once you make it past that your in a clear i thought i had a miscarriage at 6weeks bt when husband took me to ER they explained that you dont always feel symptoms and if i reached 11weeks i was fine best thing to do is not worry or stress it only upsets you for nothing especially with asthma i have it too so stay calm you should feel movement some time in the next few weeks up 18 -20 bt some dont feel anything until week 24 when baby is more developed good luck and stay calm (:

You would for sure know if you had one, especially after week fifteen. No worries hun I think everything is fine, it sounds like a normal pregnancy! When I was about 14-18 weeks my stomach felt the same way, now I'm 25 weeks and it's just huge and hard lol

I get that too, it's just the baby pressing against that side, or your uterus stretching :)

When you are in your  first trimester which is until you are 13 weeks it's way higher to have a miscarriage. After that your chances go down for having a miscarriage. You just have to watch what is going on in your body. If your having a lot of pain, bleeding, pain right below your ribs, a lot of headaches that last longer than 4 hours, dizziness, or frequent vomiting after the second trimester that is 4 times within an hour. Those are all warning signs my midwife told me about.

Once You Hit Second Trimester Your Chances Are Pretty Low. First Trimester Is Higher Risk. Congratulations
