I would highly recommend Zofran.  It is used for nausea and it works WONDERS!  They have other drugs likes Phenergan and Compozine, but the side effects are long and AWFUL (I know because I have taken both).  I just looked at the med fact on Zofran and while it doesn't say much about breastfeeding while taking Zofran, there aren't any known problems with taking it during pregnancy.  I know a lot of people are 'anti-meds' during pregnancy, but eating is pretty important, and if the benefits outweigh the risks it can't hurt to talk to your doctor about it.  I have something going on (they don't know what) where I have been nauseaus and vomiting for almost a year and Zofran has been a life saver.  I hope you get some relief.

You're best off checking with your OB/GYN to see what would be appropriate for you to take, if anything.

Are you at least able to take in liquids and keep them down?  If you're not able to keep even liquids down, you need to see your doctor IMMEDIATELY!!

In the meantime, even if you don't feel much like eating or are somewhat nauseas, try nibbling on some saltine crackers and maybe sipping some ginger ale.  The ginger is good for the tummy and sometimes the combination of the giner and the carbonation will help settle your stomach.

But definitely check in with your doctor - they at least need to know what's going on.

Feel better and congratulations!

You dont need to take medicine, just eat. You may not feel like it but you need to eat anyway.
