Pregnant After Miscarriage & 2 Cycles?!

Hello!
I am 19. I had a miscarriage 07.24.11 & my first normal cycle 08.27.11 & the second on 9.18.11 (The next expected 10.25.11). I had unprotected sex 4 days in a row (The last, 2 days before ovulation), & sex again my 4th day into ovulation. This time I laid down after sex & did not get up. I noticed the clear, stretchy fluid during ovulation. Could I be pregnant? Also, I am taking vitamins & have been since 06.10.11. Can this help?

Thanks, I heard that laying down at least 15 mins after sex can help somehow.. Idk

the clear stretchy fluid during ovulation could be from that...  Vitamins wont help you conceive but it does make your body a good place to start for the baby...

As for the laying down after sex, its questionable if this actually does anything,..  

Could you be pregnant?  Absolutely, you had sex around the time of ovulation.

I was also taking bc for 1 1/2 months & stopped 10 days before ovulation.
