That's rough. What about keeping things like saltine crackers with you at all times? I had those by my bedside table when pregnant as I did best with something in my stomach at all times. Then try to just keep eating. Nausea is bad but you aren't vomiting so you keep down what you eat. Try some crystalized ginger to see if it helps with the nausea and switch your vitamin to bedtime to see if this helps. But just keep eating small amounts/portions like every two hours. good luck hon
