Pregnant or Cyst maybe?

I'm 18. I calculated how far I should be and it said 5 weeks and 4 days. I missed my period and its been a week and three says now since I missed it. I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2010. I haven't been cramping or bleeding at all. But cyst run in my moms side of my family frequently so I was told during my female families phone calls lol so I'm worried I could have a cyst though I don't know any facts about symptoms at all on them. But I have been having food cravings and I've felt nauseous all day today and couldn't eat hardly anything when I normally eat nonstop! I weighed 112 a month ago and now I'm to 116. Advice? I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow and try to get in right away tomorrow.I'm really nervous and scared of losing another baby or having a cyst.

Well I just started bleeding. Its very very light pink and not slot at all and I'm in no pain just gassy (excuse the vulgar term but I figured details would help) and I don't feel nauseous anymore. Could I have thought I was farther along than I am and its implantation bleeding? I'm worried and thinking of going to the e.r. noe

Go to the er and theycan do an ultrasound and let you know but cyst break off during pregnancy and they do hurt and are uncomfortable.

If yu had a cyst yu wud kno.... I had 2on my left side n its jus a uncomfortable feeln expecially if ur standing or moving around alot its painful. Dont wrry im sure everythngs fine. I kno yu will feel much better when yu see a doc. If ur n any paingo to the ER... I wud jus to b on da safe side. But keep prayn bout it n dont stress.
