i agree: light exercise is okay but def not the time to start a new exercise routine.
If you have never been an exercise person right now is not the time to start anything vigorous. If you have the drive to exercise talk to your Dr. and maybe consider exericse like walking, and swimming, low impact and easier on your body. But no matter what you do make sure you stay hydrated, avoid saunas or hot tubs, and don't get over heated.
dont do anything until you have spoke to your doctor as you don't no the affect that exercise will have on your body never mind the baby's. Congratulations
