Pregnant??

I have been on the mini pill for the past 6 months and this last week I was unable to take them because of problems with my Rx. I do have them now and I'm a little worried about taking them. If I did get pregnant during the time I couldn't take them what will they do to the baby now? Are they harmful? Should I keep taking them to prevent pregnancy(assuming I'm not already) or should my husband and I do something different until I can get a test? I also have no clue when to take a test as you are supposed to do it when you miss your period but mine have been sporadic at best while on the mini pill. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

you'd be fine. so would the baby if you are pregnant. there are so many women who've taken BC while BEING pregnant and not knowing it. Their babies are fine.

The Mini Pill is what they usually recommend if you are currently nursing (which I am) it has only one hormone instead of two like the traditional Pill. I think its a lower dose but it doesn't have any "spacer pills". All 28 days worth have the hormones.

You could be ovulating. It's hard to know. I am not certain what the mini pill is but I wanted to at least let you know your post has been read. The reason you may not be getting responses is because no one really knows an answer.

What is the mini pill? If it is a lower hormone level of the Birth Control Pill then I doubt it could do harm if you are currently pregnant. You can take a pregnancy test about 19 days since the last time you had sex for an accurate preg. test result. You could also call and ask your doctor what he thinks. Or you could just wait to take the pills until you know you're not pregnant.

I'm also having this really slight but annoying pain in what feels like the left side of my uterus. I've heard that some people can feel it when they ovulate. Is that what I'm feeling?
