Premature labor? Long story

I know it's not good to worry and stress, but I just can't help it at this point. My husbands in the Air Force and we're currently stationed in Japan. I'm about 8 weeks pregnant with my first, at 20 yrs old. Anyways, we're moving to Alaska around November. By then I'll be around 25/26 weeks. I weighed about 90 lbs before pregnancy and have lost 3 lbs so far, and being so underweight I'm worried I'll go into preterm labor during our big move. This is 15+ hours of flying. I haven't seen a doctor yet besides blood tests and paperwork. They won't let me schedule my dating ultrasound until I'm 12 weeks. So I'm stuck worrying about everything until they can get me into an appointment. Anyone have a preemie before? What gestational age? I'm so nervous about this.

Anddd it's normal to lose weight during your first and even second trimester. I had morning sickness up to 20 weeks I lost a bunch of weight and literally thought I wasn't ever going to gain weight. But trust me out of no where you'll start gaining weight and grow a large appetite! When you see your doctor they'll tell you if they are concerned with your weight, if they don't mention it don't sweat it! Try to get in a lot of protein like red meats!

Some doctors won't see you till around that time, and thankfully traveling around 25/26 weeks is safe. Yes it's a long flight but make sure to get an aisle seat, being healthy snacks, dress comfy. I have flown three times while being pregnant it's not bad just try to get up and stretch when you can. You can also let the boarding person know you're pregnant and they'll most likely let you on first so it's not a hassle getting to your seat!

But you're right you really shouldn't stress. I know it's obviously hard not to but I promise you'll be fine.
