Hi, I'm only 4 weeks but im looking for a prenatal vitamin to get things started off right

I like Jameison as they have lots of folic acid.

If you have a Costco near by,  they have a Kirkland  brand which  are cheap and I find are not to hard on the stomach

I get whatever store brand gummies. It helps keep nausea at bay with me. :) Plus they're cheaper. Lol if they're not doing their job the doc can tell you to switch but I haven't been told to at all and I'm almost 30 weeks.

Spring valley  gummy  prenatals.  They're  at walmart. Great flavors. Strawberry,  orange  and  lemon.
