After beginning your prenatals did anyone elses urine turn a vibrant yellow or orange?

That happens when taking any kind of vitamins. Be sure to still drink lots of water. That'll help with the color not being so vibrant. But there's nothing wrong.

Mines always neon yellow after I've taking my vitamins:)

Its okay. It's just your body eliminating the vitamins it wasn't able to absorb. The body is only able to absorb so much at a time and will flush out the rest in your pee. Vitamin C is one that will turn bright yellow in pee and I think B Vitamins too. You could try splitting your vitamins if possible and take half at night and half in the morning so your body doesn't get such an overwhelming amount at a time. I can't split mine with this pregnancy bc the ones I have are gel capsules so I take them before bed so my body has longer to absorb everything.

Its an ingrediant in it. if u dont like what it does get ur doc or midwife to prescribe u one. i had to change mine several time to find the right one i like

It just says prenatal plus on the description it says low iron

U might have a lot of iron in it which one do u use. i use a iron tablet because im anemic the integra f and the doc said it will change color ur feces and urine
