I did the same thing at the beginning of my pregnancy, talk to your doctor. Once i talked to mine she gave me folic acid to take once a day and iron to take 3 times a day. After I switched, I was fine lol

The doctor told me not to take them repeatedly if your vomiting because you can get dehydrated etc. But definitely try to switch it up! Gummy ones worked better for me in the first & second trimester, now I take the pill form prescribed & folic acid! I eat dinner at night, stay up late, watch movies, snack on something & then right after I snack & I know I'm gonna fall asleep & I have something small on my stomach, I'll take the prenatal (@ night) so I can sleep on it. When I take it during the day, it always makes me nauseous!
