I know my baby needs them so it's easy for me to remember every day before bed to take one make an alarm on your phone (a reminder) my doctor prescribed me them--

Not everyone takes them (I do!)
If you can't or choice not to make sure you are getting plenty of nutrients that you need because while pregnant your baby will seriously drain you of a lot of your nutrients and iron ext do some research so you know what they are used for and why they are needed and also what kind of foods you will need to eat to replace them

I had to stop taking all kinds of prenatals bc they all made me sick. So at least take kids Flintstones to give the baby some type of nutrients and brush your teeth A lot!!!!!

I didn't take them for a week but I just took them.

I Leave mine on my dresser, if not i will forget to take them too.

Prenatal gummies, since I can't swallow pills. It's just that I forget to take them. Like for a whole week I forgot to take them.

Your baby will take everything it needs from your food intake and vitamin stores..The prenatals are for the most part to replenish the stores in your body which keep you healthy, so by not taking them you're just damaging your own health

Some people say they never took them & there baby was fine but honestly i think you should take them there prescribed for a reason. ive took mines since i got them & im 37 weeks now..
