It depends on your body and intake of your foods. I have 2 healthy kids and have not taken one prenatal ever. Nor has any of my sisters. Talk to your doc about them if they say you can go without your fine. Everybody is different
They really are important, as said above chat with your doctor. I take the seven seas pregnancy vitamins, they have ginger in them so it helps with nausea, I took them throughout my first pregnancy too. The most important vitamins that the doctors say are a must are folic acid and vitamin D. Hope the nausea subsides for you soon. Wishing you a happy healthy pregnancy and baby x
Tell your dr they make you sick he/she will be able to give you different ones but it is important to take them.
Thank-you that's what I've heard as long as you have healthy diet
Prenatals aren't necessarily all for your baby.. But for YOU
I didn't take them my first pregnancy. And am not taking them with my current.
My dr (who was awful btw) game me 6 sample size prenatals and she told me to they them and see how they work. A few days later i was cramping and eventually miscarried. She said it wasnt the pills but im convinced it was. Im now pregnant again and i just went to walmart and bout the walmart brand and i feel fine
See that's what I heard as well and thank-you I mean I'm more of a vegan but I do have a intake of meats and fish and what not and i don't take any medications I take all natural medication if I am sick
Prenatals are essential. If yours are making you sick talk to your doctor or midwife. They will be able to prescribe you some. I have switched mine 3 times within my pregnancy and about to make it a 4th.
