Protein shakes
Hello ladies on my next visit I'm going to ask my doc if this is safe but wanted to know if any of you ladies knew the ans? Is it safe to drink protein shakes while pregnant ??
I know it says on my protein shake label not recommended while pregnant.maybe it days it on your label?
My doc said they were fine, actually recommended them. I'm not sure about the ones with artificial sweeteners though, I know we're not supposed to have too much of that.
